DEAR MEMBERS OF INTERNATIONAL ROWING FAMILY!
On behalf of Russian Rowing Federation and all Russian rowing community we are happy to invite athletes and team representatives to participate at 60th Grand Moscow Regatta.
This event took place for the first time in 1956. It has very long history and strong rowing traditions. Now, we are trying to rebuild these traditions and to share our Russian culture with international rowing community. We will be happy to see you among the participants of the regatta.
On this page you will find all necessary information regarding 60th Grand Moscow Regatta.For any additional questions we kindly ask you to contact RRF. Please pay attention, that this year the competition will be held without spectators, only the accredited participants will be allowed to enter the venue.

The Regatta is open to all WORLDROWING Member Federations and is held for the following categories:
– SENIORS
– MASTERS
– STUDENTS
– PARA-ROWING
Event Type
2000 meters, 1000 meters, 500 meters (sprint)
We would be pleased to cover basic individual expenses for 10 members per National Federation Team for five days (3rd – 7th JUNE 2021).
We will also provide free transport from/to the Airport and free local transport during racing days. Please include at least one Male or one Female Senior crew among the 10 invited participants. Additional team members are welcome but the costs will be at the charge of the National Federation.
Please note that the accommodation and equipment is provided on the first come first served basis.

Visa procedures
Russian Rowing Federation provides full visa support.
If your athletes or team’s staff need to obtain visas to attend the 60th Grand Moscow Regatta. you are kindly requested to follow the procedure described below:
Teams who require assistance to obtain visas for entering Russia to attend the Grand Moscow Regatta must provide the following information for all team members including rowers, coaches, technical staff to the Organizing Committee:
• name
• date of birth
• passport number
• passport expiry date
• arrival and departure dates
Passport scan-copies
A request with all relevant information will be forwarded to our Ministry of Sports which will contact the Russian Embassy of your Country. A telex containing a protocol number will be issued and forwarded to the Embassy.
On receipt of this telex you will need to make an appointment with the Russian Embassy in your country and proceed with standard visa receipt procedure.
We kindly ask you to provide necessary information by filling Visa application form.

Boat rental.
Please note that the equipment is provided on the first come first served basis.
